There are 6 bells in the tower and a team of ringers.  An historical description is here.

The bells are generally rung for Sunday morning services, for weddings, and on other special occasions.

The ringers are part of the Southwell Diocesan Guild of Church Bell Ringers, and its North Notts District.  Ringing requires some dedication and a sense of rhythm, but not great strength or musical ability.

Practice is on Monday nights.   If you would like to help please get in touch.

BELL RINGERS - ANNUAL REPORT 2018

During the year we have continued to ring for Sunday morning services, weddings and on practice nights each Monday evening.

We now have 5 regular ringers as well as one new ringer who is very keen and progressing well. We always welcome anyone who would like to try their hand at bell ringing and participate in this ancient pastime. Ian from Mattersey and our friends from St Michaels are regular attenders at Monday evening practices and we would like to thank them as without their support we would often be unable to practice. We work closely with St Michaels to ensure that we have a full compliment of ringers for weddings. A combined group from St Michaels and All Hallows have recently started to practice hand bell ringing and hope to be suitably proficient to make a public appearance by Christmas.

We have also had a number of visiting teams from other towers coming to ring our bells.
